Sam Muise B.Sc, JD

Sam Muise is an associate with Pape Salter Teillet LLP and specializes in Indigenous rights law, with a focus on energy and resource development and the fiscal and business opportunities available to Indigenous peoples. Sam received his JD from Dalhousie’s Schulich School of Law and his B.Sc. from the University of Toronto. At Dalhousie, Sam Co-Chaired the Environmental Law Students’ Society and competed in the Laskin Constitutional Law Moot. At the University of Toronto, Sam competed on the varsity baseball and rowing teams. Sam brings his background in sport into his practice through a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
