Mid-level Associates – Aboriginal Law Litigation
Qualified candidates will be licensed lawyers and members of a Canadian law society. Candidates must have litigation experience, a demonstrated knowledge of Aboriginal and constitutional law, including litigation procedure related to Indigenous claims, and a desire to build a practice focused on work with Indigenous governments across Canada.
Mid-level Associates – Aboriginal and Indigenous Law and Governance
Qualified candidates will be licensed lawyers and members of a Canadian law society. Candidates must have a demonstrated knowledge in Aboriginal law and a desire to build a practice focused on work with Indigenous governments across Canada. Experience in drafting laws and policies, including some knowledge of issues related with Aboriginal self-government, would be an asset.
