Daniel Goudge BA, MA, JD

Associate

Daniel Goudge is an associate with Pape Salter Teillet LLP, and specializes in Indigenous rights law, with an emphasis on litigation and dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Pape Salter Teillet LLP, Daniel practiced civil litigation, with an emphasis on commercial disputes and professional liability, at a major national firm. He has represented his clients before numerous courts and tribunals in Ontario and across Canada, including representing them through trial.

Daniel also served as a law clerk to the Honourable Anne L. Mactavish at the Federal Court of Canada.

Daniel received his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he spent a semester at the Ontario Human Rights Legal Support Centre representing clients before the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal. While in law school, Daniel also spent a summer performing legal research at the Treaty & Aboriginal Rights Research Centre.

Daniel also holds an M.A. from SUNY at Stony Brook, and a B.A. from the University of King’s College and Dalhousie University.

Daniel was called to the bar in Ontario in 2016.
