Alexandria is a partner with Pape Salter Teillet LLP and specializes in Indigenous rights and Aboriginal law.

Alexandria’s practice covers a range of matters impacting Indigenous governments. She focuses on issues including the duty to consult, negotiation and implementation of modern treaties and governance agreements, and partnerships between industry and Indigenous peoples to help develop economic self-sufficiency and self-government for her clients. Alexandria works with Indigenous governments across the country, including in Ontario and across Western Canada.

Prior to joining Pape Salter Teillet LLP, Alexandria practiced Aboriginal law for the government of Ontario with the Ministry of Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation in the Legal Services Branch.

Alexandria received her JD from the University of Toronto, where she was involved with the Indigenous Law Journal and served as co-Editor in Chief for Issue 9. In 2009 she spent a semester at the University of Victoria Faculty of Law studying Indigenous laws and legal orders of the Cree, Gitksan, and Anishinabe peoples with leading Indigenous law scholars. Alexandria is Mohawk and Abenaki and from the turtle clan.

She is called to the bar in Ontario and Manitoba and is a member of the Indigenous Bar Association.
