I strive to provide clients with the legal tools to empower themselves and create pathways to an Indigenous-led future. I guide clients on the regulatory and relationship aspects of managing lands and resources, and I work to ensure the purposeful implementation of modern treaties. Mineral development is core to this part of my practice, as I advise on regulation and negotiation at every stage, from claim through closure. I apply litigation and dispute resolution tactics as necessary to pursue justice and defend Indigenous sovereignty. Whether in court or at the negotiating table, I am driven by a commitment to bring our clients’ visions of abundance and prosperity to fruition.
