Sara Rohani is an associate with Pape Salter Teillet LLP and specializes in Indigenous rights law.
Sara primarily provides advice on matters involving the duty to consult and accommodate, modern day treaties, issues relating to the implementation of impact benefits agreements and regulatory processes related to resource development projects. Sara works with Indigenous peoples across the country, including the Saugeen Ojibway Nation and the Tlicho Government.
Sara joined Pape Salter Teillet LLP after working for the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry in its Legal Services Branch.
Sara received her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she participated in the Intensive Program in Aboriginal Lands, Resources and Governments. Sara is called to the bar in Ontario.
